hello, my name is kevin

i was looking for a serial key for photoshopfor my girlfriend, and i think my computer caught a cold.

my desktop has been changed to a fake warning of spyware, and my taskbar has the same thing popping up.
everything runs poorly, my documents folder opens on startup, and everything that i "fix" with spybot s&d just comes back.
not to mention ad-aware wont open because of "an invalid floating point operation" and i downloaded malware bytes which was immediately hidden
by the malware i want to get rid of.

noneof the images in internet explorer will load, and google chrome won't work. i have banners on the top of each ie page that tell me to scan my computer.

i ran hijackthis and have a log but my ie format is screwed up so id have to copy and paste (ugh) instead of attach it. lmk if that's okay. i need help.

oh and i tried all things in safe mode. same results.
