1.Click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
2.Next, open Add/Remove Programs and remove if listed:
Viewpoint <--All Viewpoint programs listed

Run hijackthis. Hit None of the above, Click Do a System Scan Only. Put a checkmark/tick in the box on the left side on these:

F3 - REG:win.ini: load=C:\Users\SIDDHA~1\AppData\Local\Temp\vtstt.exe
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FB6040EA-C1DF-406C-9D41-DC44741073D4} - C:\Users\SIDDHA~1\AppData\Local\Temp\vtstt.dll (file missing)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MSConfig] "C:\Windows\system32\msconfig.exe" /auto
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MS Juan] rundll32 "C:\Users\SIDDHA~1\AppData\Local\Temp\grgltrrl.dll",run
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [e01d7cd2] rundll32.exe "C:\Users\SIDDHA~1\AppData\Local\Temp\slnybmey.dll",b
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [cmds] rundll32.exe C:\Users\SIDDHA~1\AppData\Local\Temp\vtstt.dll,c
O23 - Service: Viewpoint Manager Service - Viewpoint Corporation - C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Common\ViewpointService.exe

Close ALL windows and browsers except HijackThis and click "Fix checked"

Delete these Files if listed:
C:\Users\SIDDHA~1\AppData\Local\Temp\<--Delete all files in this folder, Not the folder.
C:\Windows\system32\msconfig.exe <--Only from this location

Empty Recycle Bin

Reboot and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis log file into this thread.

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.

ok so i did pretty much everything you did
1) I uninstalled Viewpoint
2)I fixed almost all of the hijack things except for
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [cmds] rundll32.exe C:\Users\SIDDHA~1\AppData\Local\Temp\vtstt.dll,c
O23 - Service: Viewpoint Manager Service - Viewpoint Corporation - C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Common\ViewpointService.exe
because they didn't show up because i ran AVG before you had replied and it recognized the vtstt.dll and i uninstalled Viewpoint and so it shouldn't show up

3) then i emptied my temp folder but couldn't delete the msconfig.exe in System32

Right now my comp seems ok but i just want to be sure

Here is my new Hijackthis log
