i have connected my phone via the usb cable i bought from at&t the phone says its connected and my computer recognizes it. bitpim recognizes it is there but it is un available . ive tried searching for the phone and i have tried manually setting the settings. but i dont think its anything im doing . i even downloaded a serial port monitor and it also says the com port5 is busy and cannot be opened or closed. i think i just need a way to make the com port not be in use or be unavialable. i can work my way around a computer but i dont know much about com ports

What happens if you, being at the screen you made the screenshot of, click on LGE Mobile USB Modem and then choose OK?
