EDIT: After three days with no response from here, I researched the problem on my own and managed to solve it. However, once again I am very disappointed with WTT; this site seems excellent for assistance with malware-related problems but of no real help with anything else.

Hi Jeff H

Sorry that no-one replied sooner, but obviously, the people who could offer a solution to your problem have probably been busy with jobs/private lives.

Why are you disappointed with WTT? This is not a WTT issue and they should not be held to account for your lack of replies. These forums rely on the people who can answer your query, reading it and havibg the time to respond.

I think you'll find that this is true in all forums. There is no person sitting at a computer all day to specifically answering these types of questions

As you say, the Malware Team are brilliant and try to respond as quickly as possibe. These people are also doing this in their spare time, (completely free of charge), and this reflects how WTT works, not Private forums which are dependant on non-experts.

Glad you solved your problem.

Hi Jeff H,
Presumably you found (from a quick search on Google, or similar) the solution provided here:

http://www.vistax64.com/vista-security/182...html#post844533

I've given the link for the topic but the answer seems to be in post 10 of that thread.
It's not often that folks want to install Access 97 on a Vista machine.......but if they do, they may find the above link useful.
Regards
